Notification for the No Entry Permission
In the interest of public safety, convenience and better traffic management, the Bareilly Administration vide its notification no. HIII (7)-2020/1175 dated 20thJanuary, 2020 has in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 115 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 has made certain restrictionsfor plying of heavy vehicles like trucks, private buses (non-stage carriage) and tractor trolleys carrying non-agriculture products on the roads in U.T, Bareilly.For details, please see the notification.
As per this notification, the Senior Superintendent of Police, Traffic, all Sub- Divisional Magistrates and Deputy Superintendents of Police (Traffic), Union Territory Bareilly shall have the authority to accord permission to ply any vehicles during the restricted hours to meet any emergent and special need and for house-hold goods. Such permission shall be in the form of an order to be issued under their signatures and seal containing registration number of vehicle, date and period of the permission which shall not exceed more than two hours.

Note:- Applicants are requested to submit the request 72 hours prior from the date of entry. After submitting online form, the request will automatically submitted on the Email ID of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Traffic (Admin), Traffic Lines, Sector-29, Bareilly.
