As a key city in Uttar Pradesh, Bareilly's traffic situation is influenced by its commercial, educational, and administrative importance, with a growing need for efficient and sustainable traffic systems.

Managing the traffic in Bareilly has become increasingly challenging due to factors such as mixed traffic, unregulated road usage, lack of proper parking facilities, and deteriorating road conditions. With a population exceeding 13 lakh and a diverse mix of vehicles on the road, ensuring road safety and smooth traffic flow requires a multi-faceted approach.

Despite these challenges, Bareilly Traffic Police is committed to ensuring safe and smooth traffic movement across the city. Our team works tirelessly to address the problems, using modern technology and techniques in traffic management to ensure the safety of all road users.
