Message from the Superintendent of Police (Traffic), Bareilly

Superintendent of Police (Traffic),
Bareilly
Bareilly, an emerging city, is facing significant challenges related to traffic management due to rapid urban growth, an increasing population, and rising vehicular density. With a population of over 13 lakh and a sprawling urban landscape, Bareilly is one of the fastest-growing cities in the region. The traffic dynamics are further complicated by mixed traffic, road congestion, and inadequate parking spaces.
As the Superintendent of Police (Traffic), my team and I are committed to ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient traffic management in Bareilly. Despite the constraints of limited resources, we have been working diligently to regulate traffic, promote road safety, and maintain public order. Our focus is on utilizing modern technology and innovative solutions to address the traffic issues that the city faces.
The primary goal of Bareilly Traffic Police is to create a harmonious and well-organized traffic environment. We are exploring and implementing advanced traffic management systems that can streamline the flow of traffic and reduce accidents. Additionally, we aim to foster a strong police-public relationship and raise awareness about road safety.
I urge every road user in Bareilly to adopt safe driving practices, be courteous to fellow commuters, and contribute to the collective effort in making our city safer. Cooperation from the public is vital in our mission to enhance road safety and ease traffic congestion.
Together, we can make Bareilly a safer and more organized city. Let’s work towards ensuring that our roads are safe for everyone. JAI HIND!
